Environmental Educator

*With feet on the ground* is an environmental education and social inclusion project that aims to promote sustainability in rural areas through the creation of school gardens and the activation of the Casablanca Center as a regional ecosocial learning space. The project will be developed in collaboration with educational centers in Almargen and Campillos, involving students, teaching staff, people with intellectual disabilities, and older adults from the region. The selected candidate will join La Polea's technical team and work in coordination with the rest of the educational and environmental staff. Main responsibilities include: * **Participatory design and installation of school gardens** together with teachers at the schools. * **Facilitation of agroecology and sustainability workshops** with Early Childhood, Primary, and Secondary students. * **Support for teaching staff** in integrating garden-based content into curricula. * **Design and delivery of educational activities** at the Casablanca Center during school visits. * **Maintenance of environmental education spaces**, including gardens, green areas, and animals at the center. * **Design and production of teaching materials**, such as teacher manuals and student field notebooks. * **Collaboration in project evaluation and documentation**, participating in coordination meetings and report writing.
