Position Summary:
We are seeking a speech therapist to provide individual intervention for autistic individuals across childhood, pre-adolescence, and adolescence; develop treatment plans; and coordinate multidisciplinary efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Intervention with autistic individuals (children, pre-adolescents, and adolescents)
2. Development and monitoring of personalized treatment plans
3. Coordination with a multidisciplinary team
In Santander, an association is looking to incorporate a speech therapist into its team. Main duties include delivering individual intervention for autistic individuals, especially children, pre-adolescents, and adolescents; developing and monitoring personalized treatment plans; coordinating with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychologists, educators, and pedagogues; documenting progress; and preparing periodic reports.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Therapy, have their own vehicle, and possess basic computer skills. Prior experience in autism-related work and in using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems will be valued.
This position offers an indefinite part-time contract of 30 hours per week, scheduled during afternoon hours. Salary follows the Collective Agreement for Services to People with Disabilities.
