Manage and plan operational activities and various iterations of end-of-period forecasts. * Deploy agreed-upon project plans to the project team in PO (Project Office). Monitor progress status and prioritize tasks. Drive cross-functional activities. * Report progress and status—regarding schedule, cost, and quality—to the Program Team for all project components. * Plan and manage scope changes. * Participate in reviews of the Business Case, Business Plan, and product-level unit economics. * Act as PPAP Coordinator with the customer. **Who will you work with?** You will report hierarchically to the Director of Engineering of the Castings UO and functionally to the Chief Engineer at the technical level and to the Program Director of the Business Unit. You will collaborate with the Change Control Board and the Investment Approval Committee.
