The selected candidate will join the company’s technical team, assuming responsibility for planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site installations, ensuring correct execution of work in terms of quality, schedule, and cost. We seek a professional with a solid track record in the sector, possessing over 10 years’ experience managing installations within construction, capable of leading teams, coordinating industrial contractors, and providing technical solutions across all project phases. Key Responsibilities * Manage and coordinate installations for construction projects (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, sanitation, fire protection systems, telecommunications, and other technical installations). * Supervise on-site installation execution, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations. * Coordinate industrial contractors, subcontractors, and specialized suppliers. * Review drawings, quantity take-offs, budgets, and technical documentation. * Monitor project scheduling, progress, and issues. * Participate in coordination meetings with site management, technical teams, and clients. * Control quality of executed works and supervise final testing, legalization, and commissioning. * Propose improvements and technical solutions to optimize installation execution. Requirements * Professional experience exceeding 10 years in managerial roles related to installations in the construction sector. * Technical education in engineering, installations, building engineering, or a related field. * Experience coordinating teams, industrial contractors, and collaborating companies. * Knowledge of building installations and applicable technical regulations. * Strong organizational, leadership, autonomous, and problem-solving skills. * Quality-oriented profile, committed to meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.
