**Description:** ---------------- Micofer by Empatif is seeking Teleoperators (M/F) for the TECHNICAL SUPPORT department of a major company located in the city of A Coruña. Responsibilities: * Answer calls, identify and resolve incidents (telecommunications). * Maintain a record of interactions with customers\-company. * Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience. Offered: * Integration into the technical support department following initial unpaid training, starting Monday, 10/20, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM\. * Stable position leading to direct employment with the company. * Positive work environment. **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: * Strong communication skills. * Bilingual proficiency in Galician. * Availability to work morning/afternoon shifts and alternate weekends. * Computer literacy and experience using customer management tools. * Positive attitude and customer orientation.
