**OBJECTIVE** Develop the company's commercial activity by acquiring, advising, and retaining customers, promoting the operator's products and services, ensuring the achievement of growth targets, maintaining long-term business relationships, and optimizing the customer experience at every stage of the sales process on the island of Lanzarote. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Actively acquire new customers through sales visits, market prospecting, and direct sales strategies. * Maintain and grow the assigned customer portfolio, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement. * Develop and present personalized commercial proposals, economic offers, and contractual terms tailored to each client's profile and needs. * Close service agreements, sign contracts, and ensure proper processing of commercial and contractual documentation. * Conduct post-sales follow-up to guarantee service quality, respond to inquiries, manage incidents, and identify new cross-selling or renewal opportunities. * Record commercial activities in established systems (CRM, control sheets, reports), providing contact data, account progress, and results. * Collaborate with other departments (marketing, technical, legal) in implementing products, campaigns, or services for clients. * Perform other tasks inherent to the sales role as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Schedule: Monday-Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 Salary: 1803.45€ gross monthly **EDUCATION/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE** Secondary education or high school diploma. Intermediate or advanced vocational training in Commerce, Business Management, Marketing, or Sales is desirable. Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and sales closing skills. Basic knowledge of contractual documentation, sector products, and sales techniques. Proficiency in office tools and commercial management applications (CRM). **COMPETENCIES** Customer orientation and negotiation skills. Ability to plan visits and manage time effectively. Excellence in attention, persuasion, and account follow-up. Adaptability to change and quick response to customer needs. Teamwork and collaboration with support areas.
