We are looking for a charcuterie professional for a position in Gijón (Asturias). Main responsibilities include customer service and advisory support, sales of charcuterie products, and assembly, decoration, and restocking of display cases to ensure an attractive presentation. Proper handling of cutting tools and machinery is required, as well as cleaning and disinfection of the workstation and utensils in accordance with food safety regulations. The role also includes receiving and storing products, verifying both quality and quantity of deliveries. A minimum of one year’s experience in a similar charcuterie position is required, along with strong customer service skills and a clear commercial orientation. Passion for the craft is highly valued. The contract is temporary for 3 months, with potential conversion to permanent employment, part-time (30 hours per week), on rotating shifts Monday through Saturday (morning/afternoon). Immediate start is required. Salary will comply with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
