The main responsibilities of this position will be: * To competently and responsibly manage, control, and monitor maintenance and auxiliary services tasks. * To lead, organize, instruct, and coordinate the maintenance technicians’ team to ensure their contribution is effective and cost-efficient, as well as the rest of the staff under their supervision. * To develop preventive maintenance and repair programs, monitoring the proper functioning of machinery and facilities. * System reviews: analysis of departmental management, developing action plans to correct any deviations identified or to reinforce strengths. * Internal/external audits: conducting and/or follow-up. * To participate in drafting the department’s annual budget and oversee its execution. * To ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety protocols, as well as fire prevention measures. * To stay informed about and ensure compliance with all applicable legal regulations within their area of responsibility. In particular, to guarantee that all equipment in the establishment undergoes mandatory inspections on schedule. * To provide requested information to management. * To achieve objectives defined jointly with management. **Requirements:** --------------- * Educational level: Technical Engineering degree. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
