Job Summary: We are seeking a Comprehensive Maintenance Technician to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across facilities, covering various technical specialties. We are currently seeking a **Comprehensive Maintenance Technician**, whose mission is to perform **comprehensive maintenance** at client facilities (supermarkets, hotels, buildings), covering various technical specialties. **Main Responsibilities** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. * Low-voltage electrical work. * Basic HVAC interventions. * Locksmith repairs and minor auxiliary tasks. * Responding to technical incidents and monitoring job progress. **Job Requirements:** * Prior experience in **comprehensive maintenance**. * Knowledge in at least one of the following trades: + Electrical work + HVAC + Locksmithing * Versatile and solution-oriented profile. * Ability to work autonomously. * Residence or availability to work on the assigned island: Gran Canaria or Lanzarote.
