We seek a **Sector Manager** who stands out for attention to detail, proactivity, and a firm commitment to quality service—someone who will integrate into our team as an authentic representative of our culinary offering, capturing and conveying the essence of our restaurants and bars. **What will you do?** * Coordinate assigned personnel within your sector, supervising the proper execution of tasks during service. * Prepare and set up dining areas and tables across various outlets, ensuring that tableware, glassware, cutlery, and other items are ready and in perfect condition. * Provide direct client service, advising on menus and beverages, and actively participating in service—including visible-to-guest tasks such as carving, deboning, or flambéing. * Carry out various cleaning, maintenance, and inspection operations for restaurant and bar equipment, tools, utensils, and crockery. * Handle billing and customer payments, as well as daily cash reconciliation and settlement of revenue for your section. * Manage storage and stock control of goods, as well as inventory of equipment, crockery, and tools within the hotel’s food and beverage areas. Assist in guest reception, welcome, seating, and farewell, ensuring personalized and courteous service. Strictly comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations. **Essential requirements:** * Minimum 12 months’ experience in similar roles, preferably in hotels of comparable or higher category. * Immediate availability to start. * Relevant professional training. * English at conversational level.
