We are seeking to hire an **Information Officer** for a major and prestigious cultural venue in the city of **Vitoria**, with the purpose of informing visitors about the center's various activities and exhibitions, promoting an enriching experience that encourages appreciation of artistic heritage. **Imagine your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Welcome visiting guests and provide information about the center (itineraries, activities, collections, temporary exhibitions), adapting to different audience types while considering their needs and interests. * Efficiently and accurately handle daily ticket sales and museum shop merchandise transactions for visiting guests. * Manage, restock, and monitor inventory of informational and promotional materials at the Center (brochures, educational resources, posters, press kits). * Ensure compliance with center regulations and participate in preserving the collections and artworks on display within the cultural space. **What we offer:** * **Opportunity** to join a leading team in cultural management, committed to promoting the value of cultural heritage and making it accessible to people. * The **possibility** to become part of a team passionate about culture and creativity. * **Continuous training and learning:** you will grow in an environment that encourages daily decision-making, where making mistakes is also part of the process. * **Contract type:** fixed-term intermittent contract. * **Working hours:** **32.5 hours per week:** Week A: Monday to Sunday from 10:45 AM to 2:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:15 PM. Tuesday is the day off. * **Start date:** immediate. * **Work location:** Vitoria **Requirements:** --------------- * A person with outstanding communication skills, problem-solving abilities, capable of engaging groups, working collaboratively, and always passionate about culture. * **Education:** Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in History, Art History, Humanities, or related fields. * **Experience** in customer service roles similar to this position will be valued. * **Languages:** native/bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Basque, advanced level in English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage. * **Residence** in San Sebastián or surrounding areas. * **Most importantly:** a person with the ability to create unique experiences through art and culture, full of enthusiasm.
