The main responsibilities of the position are: * Welcoming visitors, providing information, delivering content, and promoting activities within the cultural and heritage space of Gernika. * Attending and informing visitors / museum reception. * Development and execution of activities. * Tasks related to the dissemination of museum content. * Conducting reports and satisfaction surveys. \- Reporting incidents.\- Conducting guided tours of the museum's permanent exhibition. * Adapting visits to different audience types (general, family, and school groups). * Welcoming and managing groups. * Ticket and merchandise sales. * Participation in data collection processes for service evaluation reports. Desired skills and knowledge: Essential requirements: \- Basque C1 \- Spanish C1 \- English B2 (or higher) \- French B1 (or higher) Specific qualifications/training: \- Degree or Bachelor's degree in Humanities or similar field. \- Master's degree or advanced studies related to cultural, educational, or heritage fields.
