We are looking for **Workday Project Officer** to join Global Payroll \& Time project team. In this role, you’ll be fully dedicated to Workday related projects by delivering new implementations, enhancements, and improvements that support our organization’s global HRIS transformation roadmap. **In the role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:** * Participating in end\-to\-end Workday projects \- including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment * Collaborate with project managers/workstream leads, internal stakeholders (HR, Payroll, IT/IS, Finance) to define and to ensure alignment on configuration scope and deliverables * Translate business requirements into Workday solutions aligned with global and local policies * Participate in testing cycles (unit, end\-to\-end, integration, and user acceptance tests) and delivery of issue resolution * Develop and maintain project documentation, configuration workbooks, and materials for testing * Ensuring configuration and implementation consistency and compliance across countries * Contribute to project governance, change control, and configuration management processes * Share knowledge and best practices within the project team * Support post\-implementation reviews to identify improvement areas and enhance delivery efficiency **To be successful in this role, you have:** * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field with fluency in English * Workday certification in Time Tracking and Absence (preferred) * At least 3 years of Workday functional experience, with experience in Time Tracking and/or Absence configuration (must), experience with Payroll integrations (desirable) * Demonstrated experience in Workday implementation or enhancement projects, systems troubleshooting * Experience with global project environments or multi\-country configuration projects is a plus * Ability to manage multiple project tasks and deliverables within established timelines * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills with strong attention to detail * Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills, together with a proactive mindset **Why Join Us?** Sibelco is more than a workplace—it’s a community that encourages growth, innovation, and collaboration.
