




Intress is seeking personnel as **Social Educators** and **Social Integration Workers** to join the **Substitute Pool for the DAI service** (Immediate Attention Device), located in **Canyamars, Dosrius.** The selected candidate will attend to and respond to the needs of the centre’s or service’s users, ensuring care and proper functioning in the delivery of comprehensive social services and support. **Responsibilities:** * **Individual accompaniment** of minors and support in carrying out administrative procedures. * **Observation and recording** of incidents. * **Participation in the preparation of reports** (PEI, ITSE, etc.). * **Reception and registration** of emergency admissions. * **Opening and closing** of case files. * **Collaboration in the assessment and analysis** of users’ needs at the centre. * **Participation in the design, updating, and monitoring** of the socio-educational care process at the centre and organisation, acting as an active member of the educational team based on shared agreements, unified objectives, and consistent operational criteria. * **Team meetings.** * **Designing, delivering, and evaluating programmes**, activities, or workshops related to their field of work. * **Meeting the young person’s needs** in a way that supports their holistic development. * **Helping the young person become aware of their social and family reality**, accompanying them throughout this process. ***What do we offer?*** * **Start date**: According to need; could be immediate. * **End date**: According to substitute assignment. * **Monthly gross salary for 38 weekly hours:** **Social Educator:** €1,857.69 **Qualified staff:** €1,650.02 * **Working hours:** Morning, afternoon, night, and/or weekend shifts (according to need). * Possibility of continuing employment if permanent positions become available. * **You will join an organisation actively engaged in the social sector, where we believe in the integration of people experiencing vulnerability.** ***What do we expect from you?*** **Required academic qualifications:** * Higher Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) in Social Integration. * University degree in Social Education or final-year enrolment in the Bachelor’s Degree programme. * Other social-sector training. **Required professional experience:** * Experience carrying out intervention and support tasks with groups and families facing socio-community integration difficulties. * Experience working in social resources serving the relevant population sectors. **Required knowledge:** * Intervention models relating to children and families, foster care, and adoption. **Other desirable attributes:** * Training in functional diversity (ASD, psychopathologies, intellectual disabilities). * Experience working with families. * Group dynamics and group organisation. * Conflict management. * Community-based intervention. * Methodologies applied in socio-educational and psychosocial intervention. * Internet, social media, and audiovisual tools. * **A criminal record certificate confirming no convictions for sexual offences is mandatory.** *Intress commits—through its Human Resources Management Policy and commitments adopted under Intress’s Third Equality Plan, specifically Axis 2—to managing external recruitment and internal promotion processes with a firm commitment to equal opportunities between women and men, both within Intress and among collaborating organisations, thereby guaranteeing equality and incorporating a gender perspective into all selection processes.*
