At present, as a personnel selection consultancy, we are seeking an **Electromechanical Technician** for our client, based in **Lorca**. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform corrective maintenance on machinery breakdowns in the factory production process and on technical installations and buildings, aiming to deliver efficient solutions. * Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance interventions on machinery and installations, aiming to minimize breakdowns and resolve them in the shortest possible time. * Carry out necessary operational actions for technical installations, aiming to optimize their technical/economic performance and ensure the installation delivers the required service. * Train and advise production operators on the correct handling of machinery. * Propose technical improvements to machinery aimed at reducing the number of breakdowns. * Comply with policies, standards, and instructions of Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, etc., applicable to the position. **REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience as a **maintenance technician (electrical/mechanical)**. * Solid knowledge of **mechanics, electricity, automation, pneumatics, and CMMS**. * Experience supervising teams and managing suppliers is desirable. * Technical education in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or a related field. **What does the company offer?** * Opportunities for technical and professional development through continuous training. * A collaborative and dynamic work environment that values continuous improvement. * Integration into a highly skilled and committed team. * **Salary range: 25,000–30,000€ gross/year.** Reclut is a boutique recruitment and executive search consultancy.
