We are seeking an Operations Administrator with a strong technical profile and a focus on comprehensive control of critical environments. The selected candidate will join a high-level project where they will be responsible for administering, optimizing, and operating monitoring and observability platforms, configuration management systems, SIEM security solutions, and ecosystems based on microservices, cloud, and hybrid systems. The role requires an end-to-end view of the operational lifecycle, automation capabilities, sound judgment to ensure service continuity, and solid expertise in system administration, relational databases, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and analytical tools. The position includes 24/7 shifts, on-call duties, and work under an intensive schedule. REQUIREMENTS Mandatory Administration, implementation, and optimization of monitoring/APM systems: Zabbix, Dynatrace, Prometheus Design and programming in Shell Scripting, JavaScript, and Groovy Administration of SIEM tools: QRadar Administration and operation of CMDB: iTop, Jira Assets Advanced use of visualization tools: Grafana Linux RHEL and Windows Server system administration Administration of relational databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL Networking and infrastructure knowledge AWS administration and operations (CloudFront, CloudWatch, EC2, EKS, S3, Lambda, WAF) Microservices knowledge: Kubernetes and OpenShift Apache server administration Application server administration: JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic Availability for 24/7 shifts, on-call duties, and intensive working hours Technical university degree: Senior/Technical Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field Desirable Prior experience in corporate continuous-operation environments Optimization of observability pipelines and advanced automation Participation in projects involving hybrid or multicloud architectures Ability to document and standardize operational procedures
