All within a stable environment, with long-term vision and autonomy in your role. **What will your mission be?** As Industrial Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Lead and organize the maintenance technical team (3\-5 people). * Supervise compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Ensure operational availability of facilities, machinery, and equipment. * Implement the CMMS system and optimize its performance. * Coordinate external supplier activities and manage spare parts inventory. * Support continuous improvement of production processes. * Promote energy efficiency and industrial safety measures. * Participate in plant expansion projects from a technical and reliability perspective. **What are we looking for in you?** * Technical education: Degree or Higher Vocational Training in Mechatronics, Automation, or similar. * Solid knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics. * Strongly valued experience with CMMS systems and Lean, TPM, 5S methodologies. * At least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance and team coordination. * Organized, problem-solving individual with leadership skills and a focus on continuous improvement. **What do we offer?** * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00\. * Indefinite contract and competitive salary consisting of a fixed component plus a variable component based on objectives. * Continuous training and real growth opportunities within an expanding company. * A project offering autonomy, direct impact, and professional development.
