Logistics and transportation company is looking for a Traffic Manager for our offices in Vitoria. Responsibilities: \- Efficiently coordinate our team and optimize assigned routes. \- Take charge of daily operations and management of our fleet. \- Handle and resolve daily incidents. \- Maintain effective communication with our drivers and keep everyone aligned. \- Promote customer and supplier service based on dedication, solutions, and empathy. \- Ensure established procedures are followed accurately and diligently. \- Propose improvements to support office growth. \- Contribute to a healthy and efficient work environment. \- Use office ERPs to enhance efficiency and job reporting. What do we offer? A 6-month temporary contract starting from 08/31, requiring immediate availability. Rotating shifts (morning and afternoon) from Monday to Sunday, with two rest days per week. An important responsibility of this role is fleet management: \- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Plan and supervise the maintenance schedule (inspections, oil changes, tires). Coordinate repairs and ensure vehicles are always in optimal condition to prevent breakdowns. \- Breakdown Management: Respond quickly to any failures or breakdowns during transit, coordinating assistance and replacement vehicles if necessary. \- Documentation Control: Ensure all vehicles have up-to-date ITV (vehicle inspection), valid insurance, and all required documentation. \- Vehicle and Route Assignment: Efficiently assign vehicles among delivery personnel, considering routes, package volumes, and delivery zones. Salary: 21,000 gross annual + 500 euros as an incentive at the end of the contract (provided employment continues throughout the project).
