What is the expected outcome?** At ITP Aero we are looking for an **OPERATIONAL BUYER** to support our international Direct Materials Supply Chain Planning and Delivery department. **What profile are we looking for?** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Business Administration, or similar. * High level of spoken and written English (C1 or C2 level desirable). * At least 5 years of experience in industrial process improvement, production planning, or production management. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, SAP MM, and office software. * Positive attitude, leadership potential, and enthusiasm for continuous improvement. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to influence others without hierarchical authority. **What will be my responsibilities within the team?** * Manage the procurement process: analysis of signals/required production rates from suppliers (orders and visibility), monitoring delivery plans, teleconferences/visits/follow-up minutes, WIP/early indicators control, dual sourcing management, delivery alerts, short/medium/long-term line of balance. * Manage supplier production and provide standardized production KPIs across the ITP group: production rates (throughput, takt time), WIP tracking, LoB, Lead Time, etc. * Lead operational reviews at suppliers (capacity load analysis, production audits, VSM, sub-tiers, layouts...) to develop investment/spending plans ensuring capacity acquisition. * Lead the identification, analysis, and resolution of capacity shortages and production issues within the supply chain. * Responsible for delivering a supply portfolio to ITP group plants. * Internal management: teamwork within the supplier's Supply Management Team and Operational Unit, communication with line planners, identification of urgent transport needs, monitoring of receipts, prioritization of concession resolutions, etc. Lead projects for improving production management, planning, and deliveries using Lean Manufacturing tools,... * **This project may interest you if…** * You are passionate about the aerospace industry. * You are motivated to work in an internationally focused, rapidly expanding company. * You are interested in production management within the Supply Chain. * **Who will I work with?
