Additionally, we have our own **eLearning content factory**, dedicated to producing the latest IT courses not available on the market, being the only company that produces digital content in 4K and SCORM for enterprise digital transformation. **Job Description** * **Driver of commercial operations for B2B growth in Key Accounts and SMEs (+250 employees in sectors with highly qualified staff)**, selling our most distinctive solutions: *B2B Elearning 360º Service*, proprietary SCORM publishing with 40 titles + 2,500 titles from other publishers, 2 LMS/LXP platforms depending on project requirements based on innovation and/or volume, Fundae management for companies, ongoing innovation process and benchmarking around corporate needs regarding these services. * **Consultative sales** to configure online training projects focused on SoftSkill and HardSkill competencies, gamification, cybersecurity awareness, compliance, adoption of productivity solutions such as Microsoft 365, etc., supported by one of the largest training catalogs in the market, including proprietary content and over 15 carefully selected publishers based on quality. * **Quarterly and annual targets**, supported by a strong multidisciplinary eLearning team, as well as significant investment in B2B marketing. * **Identify and prospect** new business opportunities within the corporate sector, including both SMEs and large corporations. * **Thoroughly understand** our clients' training needs, offering customized e-learning solutions that truly generate value. * **Present and negotiate** our value propositions, including LMS platforms, tailored content, eLearning consulting, and support services. * **Manage the complete sales cycle**, from initial prospecting through closing deals to post-sale follow-up. * **Willingness to travel** for commercial visits, primarily in Madrid and Barcelona. **Requirements** * Extensive experience of more than 5 years in eLearning consultancy and key account management. * Basic knowledge of major LMS/LXP providers (Moodle, CornerStone, Canvas, Totara, etc.), as well as main eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, IsEazy, Captivate,..) * Familiarity with the eLearning publishing industry (CAE, Dexway, Goodhabitz, Udemy Business, etc.) * Established network of contacts within key accounts among buyer personas such as Training Managers, HR, and IT. * Results-oriented with focus on quarterly objectives. * Proactivity, listening ability, and analytical skills are required to effectively identify customers' technical needs. * Academic background in pedagogy, successful corporate EdTech projects, LXP, LMS, and SCORM content publishers in the national market will be valued. **Additional Information** * Opportunity to join a senior, dynamic, and innovation-driven team. * Competitive salary in the sector with significant variable pay, aligned with experience and skills. * Collaborative work environment with continuous learning. * Office located opposite the Movistar Arena with excellent transportation links. * Laptop and mobile phone provided.
