At Ormazabal, you will find a space to design your future and that of the rest of the world. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Reporting directly to the ERP and Product Support Manager, we are seeking to hire an **ERP AND PRODUCT SUPPORT SYSTEMS ENGINEER.** **Responsibilities:** * Participate in **implementation projects or modifications of various developments, systems, and applications within the ERP, MES,** and other industrial IT applications. * Participate in **cross-functional meetings at the Ormazabal level** related to various IT projects and product configurator modifications. * Collaborate with the Product Support team on **new product development projects** with the goal of implementing in the ERP and other IT systems all product-related information (configurator, structures, routes, manufacturing orders, etc.). * **Resolve incidents and queries from production lines** related to product information management. * **Participate in industrial projects,** IoT implementation, production data analytics. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Technical and/or Higher Degree in Computer Engineering. **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in similar roles. **Required Knowledge:** * Industrial IT (ERPs, MES systems, etc.). * High level of English.
