What are we looking for? We are seeking a candidate to join our Operations Team as a Field Technical Specialist at our Barcelona office. What will be your mission? - Preventive maintenance visits. - Incident resolution visits. - Prospective visits to potential clients to support the development of new installation projects. - Inventory control and tracking at your local base. - Multi-day weekday travel to deliver services. - Daily service routes using a company vehicle from Monday to Friday within Barcelona, as well as multi-day weekday travel to provide services across other areas of Catalonia and Europe. What are the requirements? · Valid driver’s license is mandatory. · Advanced level of English for possible international travel. · Availability for weekday travel to carry out service routes across Catalonia and Europe. · Initiative and problem-solving ability. · Strong communication skills and customer-facing aptitude. · Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. · Minimum education: Medium-level Vocational Training (FP Grado Medio). · Professional appearance, orderliness, and cleanliness when visiting company clients. · Knowledge of electricity, basic tool handling, HVAC systems, fiber-optic installation, audio systems, or related fields is considered a plus.
