




**Description:** ---------------- We are seeking to hire a Technical Occupational Health and Safety Manager for our Bilbao branch. Your responsibilities will include ensuring, maintaining, and managing the day-to-day occupational health and safety systems within your area of responsibility (Division, District Unit, etc.). You will report hierarchically on occupational health and safety results, support internal and external audits and/or inspections within your scope, and deliver occupational health and safety training within your area of responsibility. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor preventive planning based on conclusions drawn from various technical reports (risk assessments, accident investigation reports, specific technical reports, meetings with the safety committee, etc.). * Develop and monitor risk maps. * Develop and follow up on Incident Investigations (Near miss), as well as Accident and Occupational Disease investigations. * Prepare specific technical reports derived from Risk Assessments. * Advise on actions arising from coordination of business activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. * Attend various meetings, audits, and inspections occurring during services or activities carried out. * Coordinate training and informational needs regarding Occupational Health and Safety, as well as the proper management and use of Personal Protective Equipment. * Carry out and coordinate internal audits and safety inspections at facilities following guidelines established by the Joint Prevention Service. * Coordinate with mutual insurance companies, external prevention services, and subcontracted companies. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Technical Engineering or equivalent, along with a Master's in Occupational Health and Safety covering all three specialties (Industrial Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics and Psychosociology). * Experience with OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001, inspections, and internal audits. * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Technician, preferably in the service sector, carrying out coordination and development activities related to Occupational Health and Safety across various workplaces. * Proficiency in computer tools. * Availability to travel between assigned sites. **We Offer** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Flexible working hours. * Company vehicle. * Competitive salary.
