The position is as \*Technical Office Manager\* and your main mission will be transforming client project drawings into manufacturable realities, generating the necessary documentation to ensure successful preparation, execution, and delivery of works. Additionally, you will collaborate in the development and control of new concrete types, characterization and calculation of innovative UHPC elements. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Interpret client drawings and propose technical solutions * Order materials required for manufacturing * Generate manufacturing work orders * Labeling and supervision of traceability * Quality controls according to marking requirements * Prepare the Quality Plan and quality report for the project * Collaborate in cost control * Update work procedures and photographic documentation * Standardize products and manufacturing instructions * Participate in innovation projects for new prefabricated elements **What do we require?** Education: Civil Engineering / Technical Engineering in Public Works / Technical Architecture / Road Engineering / Surveyor. * Experience in the prefabrication / construction / industrial sector * Proficiency in AutoCAD **\*\*\****Calculation skills and knowledge of Concrete and/or special concretes, Prefabricated construction systems, and Drafting will be valued.* Job type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company shares * Meals provided at the company * Flexible working hours * Training in professional certifications * Company computer * Company phone Work Location: On-site position
