




From our recruitment consultancy, we are seeking for one of our clients —a well-established **multidisciplinary professional firm**— an **All-Round Advisor (360º)** proficient in accounting, tax, and labor affairs. If you have a comprehensive view of business management and are looking for a role with high autonomy and direct client interaction, this is your opportunity. **Key Responsibilities: A Role with a Global Vision** The selected Advisor will be responsible for the complete management of a client portfolio (mainly SMEs and self-employed individuals), ensuring compliance and optimization across the three key areas: **1\. Accounting Area:** * Full accounting management (General Accounting Plan - PGC). * Preparation and filing of Official Books and Annual Accounts. * Analysis and preparation of economic\-financial reports. **2\. Tax Area:** * Preparation and submission of all periodic tax declarations (VAT, Personal Income Tax, Corporate Tax, withholdings, etc.). * Strategic advisory on tax planning and optimization. * Handling requests and managing interactions with tax inspections from the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT). **3\. Labor Area (Payroll Management):** * Drafting employment contracts, registrations and deregistrations with Social Security (*Sistema RED*). * Payroll processing, social security contributions (*SILTRA*), and employee settlements. * Advisory on current labor legislation, collective agreements, and management of sick leave/ERTEs. **Essential Candidate Requirements** * **Experience:** Must have **proven and recent experience** in the **three areas (Accounting, Tax, and Labor)**, gained while working at a firm or advisory office in Spain. * **Education:** Higher university degree (Business Administration, Economics, Labor Relations, or similar) or Master's/Postgraduate program covering all three areas. * **Technical Knowledge:** Expert knowledge of accounting regulations (PGC), tax laws (AEAT), and labor regulations (Social Security). * **Tools:** Proficiency in integrated management software for advisory firms (e.g., A3ERP, Sage, Contasol/Nominasol, etc.) and official platforms (Sistema RED, SILTRA, AEAT). * **Skills:** Ability to multitask, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent client communication skills. **Employment Conditions** * **Contract:** Stable position with **Permanent Contract** (*contrato indefinido*). * **Development:** Integration into a professional team with support for continuous training. * **Compensation:** Competitive salary, aligned with versatility and demonstrated market experience.
