POSITION DESCRIPTION \+ RESPONSIBILITIES If you are passionate about project analysis and industrialization… this is the place for you! WHAT WILL YOUR DAY\-TO\-DAY LOOK LIKE? Under the supervision of the Project Manager, you will ensure that each factory order reaches production and other team members accurately and clearly, paying attention to every single detail piece by piece, achieving the best possible outcome in the most efficient way. **Specifically, you will be responsible for:** * Technical and economic analysis of bids: You will study and evaluate technical, economic, and feasibility proposals, gathering all necessary information for their development. * Communication and interdepartmental coordination: You will clearly and systematically communicate information to clients, internal departments (quality, procurement, production, safety), and external partners, ensuring proper project execution. * Participation in negotiations: You will assist in negotiations with clients regarding prices, deadlines, technical specifications, and project conditions. * Project management and follow\-up: You will coordinate the development of industrial projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, objectives, costs, and key performance indicators. * Design and planning of production processes: You will define manufacturing methods, required resources (personnel, machinery, materials), drawing validation, and sample development to ensure industrial feasibility. * Technical documentation and manufacturing support: You will write detailed technical reports, generate necessary documentation, and train operational staff for correct execution of the production process. * Quality assurance and continuous improvement: You will supervise part certification, propose improvements in processes and projects, and lead corrective actions to ensure final product quality. * Regulatory compliance and sustainability: You will ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations and internal procedures, promoting good practices and proposing actions to reduce risks and environmental impact. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or similar. * Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role. * Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD (and other design tools). * Strong knowledge of Word and Excel. * Fluent spoken and written English and Basque. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
