JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Participate in the continuous improvement process of the area with the objective of optimizing manufacturing effectiveness and efficiency, through proposing initiatives and executing those assigned within the machining team. (program updates, template maintenance, post maintenance, tool library creation\-maintenance, implementation of new tools, tracking version changes...) * Coordinate the design of assigned initiatives using internal and/or external resources (subcontractors, external suppliers, etc.) and lead their implementation. * Ensure proper execution of defined processes, procedures, and standards within the area, guarantee continuous training of the team (internal and external) on operational guidelines, and take responsibility for generating associated documentation (SOPs, technical instructions, etc.). * Train new programming staff (internal and external) and ensure knowledge updates for technicians and operators within the team, as well as for internal customers (technical offices), regarding implemented improvement initiatives. * If necessary, assume any functions of methods technicians. EDUCATION: * **Qualification:** Higher Vocational Training Certificate in Machine Tools, or equivalent experience. * **Knowledge:** Experience in machining parts and knowledge of programming CNC machines. Familiarity with NX CAD/CAM software. Ability to identify and develop improvements in the machining methods programming process. * **Languages:** Basque.
