Call for Employment Promotion of Young People (SOC – YOUNG PEOPLE IN PRACTICE). ARCHITECT to work in the municipality of Santa Margarida de Montbui (Barcelona), under a one-year full-time contract. Applicants for subsidized employment contracts must meet the following requirements: \- Be beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System. \- Be under 30 years of age. \- Be registered as unemployed jobseekers (DONO) with the Public Employment Service of Catalonia and possess the capacity to formalize a training employment contract aimed at acquiring professional practice at the time of signing. \- Hold one of the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Architecture and Building Construction, Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or Bachelor’s Degree in Energy and Sustainability Engineering. All requirements and conditions must be verifiable on the first working day immediately prior to the start of the contract. The selected candidate will carry out the following tasks: Support in inspecting incidents/construction works on public roads and municipal facilities, as well as inspections of housing units designated for family rehousing. Drafting technical reports of various types, requesting budgets, processing and monitoring subsidies, and monitoring external construction projects—both minor and major.
