Q-safety by Quirón Prevención, a national company experiencing strong growth in Prevention and Construction Site Safety activities within the Quirónprevención Group, is seeking a TELEOPERATOR to join our internal company structure. Responsibilities: * Telephone (NO SALES) and email customer service for clients and suppliers in SPANISH and PORTUGUESE. * Resolution of incidents related to documentary queries and platform issues (issuance and receipt). * Monitoring of contracts to ensure compliance on platforms. * Support for document management through proprietary or external platforms. We offer: * Temporary contract to cover long-term illness. * Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week — Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00, Friday from 8:00 to 15:00 (one Friday per month from 10:00 to 17:00). * Workplace: Ciudad Lineal (Suanzes Metro Station), Madrid. * 6 remote working days per month (once the probationary and adaptation period has been completed). * Salary according to collective agreement. * Opportunity for internal promotion.
