Labor Technician. A Bachelor's Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Human Resources, or a Vocational Training Program in Administration and Finance is mandatory. At least one year of experience in the duties described below is mandatory; experience in labor consulting firms is desirable. Proficiency with the A3 NOM software is desirable. Tasks include: Social Security administration, preparation of employment contracts and payrolls, management of temporary disability cases, management of the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA), etc. An indefinite-term contract is offered, with a 40-hour workweek: Monday to Thursday: 8:30–14:00 and 15:00–18:00; Friday: 8:00–14:00. Salary: €2083/month (14 payments per year). - Management of Social Security registration procedures (registrations, cancellations, modifications, etc.). - Preparation of employment contracts, extensions, conversions, etc. - Drafting of documents regarding substantial modifications to working conditions (e.g., changes in working hours, professional category, etc.). - Calculation of severance payments and compensation. - Employee transfers (subrogations). - Submission of employment contracts and company certificates to the Public Employment Service. - Preparation of payrolls; calculation of arrears and bonuses. - Management of social security contributions. - Management of temporary disabilities and work-related accidents (Social Security, Delt@ / Cont@). - Management of wage garnishments. - Administration of the Domestic Workers’ Regime. - Management of the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA): registration of self-employed workers, adjustments to contribution bases, calculation of net earnings. - Provision of labor and Social Security advisory services to clients. - Interpretation of collective bargaining agreements. * Experience: 1 year.
