Main responsibilities: * Supply, control, and proper management of the assigned station, ensuring efficient use of products and compliance with establishment standards. * Proper storage of food according to hygiene regulations, food safety, and specific preservation methods. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area, refrigerated chambers, freezers, utensils, and tools, strictly following protocols. * Preparation, cooking, and assistance in dish production, ensuring quality, consistency, and service timing. * Plating and final presentation of dishes according to guidelines. * Collaboration in plating during service, adapting to team needs and work pace. * Coordination, supervision, and support of the kitchen team assigned to the station, ensuring smooth workflow. * Continuous restocking of materials, ingredients, and tools required at workstations. * Inventory control, expiration dates, and product rotation. * Effective communication with the Chef to coordinate needs, incidents, and area improvements.
