**Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a Traffic Manager for a company in the transportation and logistics sector, focused on industrial crane services for construction projects. Our client has a large fleet of vehicles and primarily works on a project basis. Main responsibilities of the position include: * Planning and organizing the work of the crane fleet and drivers, prioritizing tasks according to project needs and client agreements. * Managing the transportation fleet and allocation of resources (vehicles and personnel) for the northern region (Araba – Álava, Burgos and Bizkaia). * Coordinating, leading and supervising the workforce (drivers and support staff), managing schedules, incidents and coverage requirements. * Optimizing routes, arrival and departure times to ensure timely delivery and on-site work completion. * Ensuring compliance with company regulations. * Maintaining effective communication with internal and external clients for successful project execution. **Requirements:** --------------- Proven experience in transportation fleet and/or logistics management, preferably in the construction or industrial sector. Strong organizational, planning and decision-making skills under pressure. Ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts.
