




At TVS SCS Spain, we are looking for an administrative staff member to join our team at a major logistics multinational based in Madrid. Job Description: * First-line support for logistics clients. * Tracking of all shipments throughout the entire process and monitoring of all warehouses across Europe. * Supervision of inventories in all our FSLs. * Responding to management inquiries, acting as internal liaison when necessary. * Ability to assist different teams within the company. * Understanding key risks and issues to support technical operations and forward planning analysis according to KPI standards. **Legal** Requirements (mandatory): * Completed degree related to the field (Higher Vocational Training in *Administration and Finance* / *Transport and Logistics*, or **Bachelor’s** degree in Business Administration/Economics/HR or similar fields). * Studies completed within the last **≤ 3 years**.
