What will you do and why is it important? * Accurately and technically diagnose faults, combining technology and knowledge to identify the root cause of each issue and turn it into an effective solution. * Perform repairs and maintenance according to brand standards, ensuring every vehicle leaves the workshop as good as new. * Apply official technical procedures and best practices. What will make you succeed in this role? * Experience as a First or Second Class Technician in passenger car mechanics, demonstrating confidence in diagnosis and repair. * Training and/or experience with hybrid and electric vehicles is a plus. * Knowledge of official service operations or professional workshops, or willingness to quickly learn them. * Comfort using diagnostic equipment and modern technical tools. * Proactive attitude, eagerness to keep growing, and desire to improve every day. * Possession of a class B driver's license and enjoyment of teamwork. * Above all, passion for the automotive industry and the desire to be part of a group that bets on talent, people, and excellence.
