Likewise, facilitate access to these subsidies by supporting their management and processing. * Collaborate in disseminating and using technological services and developments available to individuals for better service delivery. * Collaborate in studying the labor market and the business fabric of the region. * Support the implementation of professional guidance and information programs designed to advise on employment opportunities and training offers, with the aim of facilitating the labor market entry or re-entry of job seekers, especially participants in active employment policies. Additionally, collaborate in identifying job offers, detecting companies' short- and medium-term staffing needs, and proposing actions to improve employability among unemployed people in their area of operation. * Disseminate measures established in Employment Plans. * Provide technical support in initiating business projects, helping consolidate them into companies that generate new jobs, advising and informing on technical, economic, and financial viability, and generally on business launch plans. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Meeting the requirements must be justified by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the "Attachments" section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuing the academic degree. * Work history record and/or employment contract allowing verification and accreditation of required professional experience. * Internship annexes allowing verification and accreditation of required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a Bachelor's or Master's University Degree (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). (Attach documentation) **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Previous Experience** * From 3 months up to 1 year performing duties as Training Manager or Technician within companies or employment plans. (If you have this experience, it must be accredited with the Work History Report and/or a job functions certificate, as well as reflected in your CV). * From 3 months up to 1 year of experience coordinating with Human Resources departments, tracking, evaluating, and analyzing job positions. (If you have this experience, it must be accredited with the Work History Report and/or a job functions certificate, as well as reflected in your CV). * From 3 months up to 1 year of experience delivering workplace training actions or vocational training for employment. (If you have this experience, it must be accredited with the Work History Report and/or a job functions certificate, as well as reflected in your CV). * From 3 months up to 1 year of experience in labor orientation and/or advising companies on business projects. (If you have this experience, it must be accredited with the Work History Report and/or a job functions certificate, as well as reflected in your CV). **Observations** ----------------- * Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 15 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time position.
