**Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 2 Architects to provide technical support in reviewing housing projects and subsidies (Santiago de Compostela). **Workplace** -------------------- * Galicia Region Address: Santiago de Compostela **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Review, monitoring of projects, and verification site visits. * Processing of subsidy applications: verification of compliance with requirements, review of supporting documentation for expenses and payments submitted by subsidy beneficiaries. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated either through assessment tests and/or by attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting the data declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV, whenever necessary for verifying the stated requirements and/or merits related to this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Architecture (MECES Level 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license (Category B) * Proficiency in office software * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Languages** * Galician: Level B2 ### **Prior Experience** * 1 to 5 years’ experience in drafting residential construction projects (employment contract required) * 6 months to 5 years’ experience in evaluating residential construction projects (employment contract required) * 6 months to 5 years’ experience in technical evaluation or preparation of construction tender offers (employment contract required) * 6 months to 4 years’ experience in construction execution (employment contract required) **Remarks** ----------------- * Offered: + Temporary fixed-term contract of approximately 9 months’ duration, with possible extension if applicable and in compliance with maximum duration limits established under current Spanish labor legislation for each contractual modality. Consideration will be given to offering a trainee contract; in such case, the estimated fixed term would be 6 months, extendable by another 6 months if applicable. Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring rationale, the specific project, and the circumstances of the selected candidate(s). + If a trainee/training contract is formalized, the candidate’s qualification must be directly related to the duties of the position offered, and activities performed must align with those inherent to the qualification linked to the trainee contract, thereby enabling appropriate professional practice consistent with the candidate’s academic level. + Full-time work. + Immediate start. + Salary according to collective agreement.
