Prevention of family neglect and promotion of support networks We are seeking a social worker to implement family support programs in the area of Jerez de los Caballeros (Badajoz). The position involves providing direct support to families, strengthening positive parenting, and offering guidance in cases of family conflict, psychosocial difficulties, or risk of social exclusion. The role also includes preventing family abuse dynamics and promoting a safe environment for minors. To achieve this, community-level interventions will be carried out, and local entities will be encouraged to participate in building an autonomous regional support network for families. This is a temporary contract, governed by the terms and requirements established by the integrated municipal consortium. Responsibilities include addressing and correcting situations of family neglect, as well as preventing their occurrence through targeted family support measures.
