Real opportunities for professional growth and mentorship We seek to hire a Junior Electrical Engineer to become part of our Project Management team, contributing to the development of high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects, substations, power lines, and industrial installations—with a particular focus on construction work. The selected candidate will join a highly specialized technical team, providing field and office support to various departments within a dynamic and expanding environment in the renewable energy and environmental sectors. Responsibilities * Support in preparing construction budgets for electrical projects (quantities, comparisons, deviation control). * Support in the technical and economic management of projects, with special emphasis on on-site supervision. * Collaboration in preparing and processing documentation required for installation legalization. * Support in planning and monitoring construction work (milestones, schedules, progress tracking). * Technical liaison with clients, site managers, suppliers, and subcontractors (national and international), under supervision. * Monitoring of technical documentation and construction drawings (reviews, version control, “as-built” updates). * Support in project start-up and close-out (minutes, checklists, final documentation, punch lists). * Technical support to management (analysis, reviews, presentations) on construction-related matters. * Review to ensure quality and reliability of technical information generated during execution. * Preparation of supporting documentation for the commercial department and assistance in decision-making (comparative analyses, technical summaries, scope notes). Requirements Education * Industrial Technical Engineering degree, specialization in Electricity (or equivalent). Experience * 0–3 years in electrical projects, preferably on-site (substations, power lines, industrial installations, HV/MV/LV). * Internships or initial experience with installation companies/engineering firms/contractors will be valued. Languages * Intermediate to advanced English (ability to handle technical documentation and basic professional communication). (Advanced level will be preferred.) Technical Knowledge * Proficient use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). * Familiarity with CAD / AutoCAD (basic interpretation and editing of drawings). * General knowledge of electrical sector regulations and legislation (applied on-site experience is advantageous). * Knowledge of specific regulations issued by electricity distribution and transmission companies will be valued.
