From our **Technical Department**, we are seeking a **QA Technician** to join our workplace in **Santomera (Murcia).** If you are looking for a **stable**, **challenging**, and continuously **technologically evolving** project within a company that values people, **diversity**, and **professional growth**, this is your opportunity. **Responsibilities:** * Execute test plans for product fixes and generate corresponding documentation. * Execute test plans for upcoming products under development and generate corresponding documentation. * Assist with product version updates. * Identify potential issues affecting internal protocols. * Conduct tests in the bioclimatic chamber. * Monitor the product across all its phases. * Resolve customer incidents (Level 2 support\). * Assist in resolving incidents through corrective actions jointly with the Development Department (Level 3 support\). **Requirements:** * Higher vocational degree in Multiplatform Application Development or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of experience performing the described responsibilities. * Knowledge of quality assurance (QA) procedures is desirable. * Knowledge of Python and Spark is desirable. * Experience providing support for a specific product service is desirable. * Experience in IoT and Industry 4\.0\ is desirable. * Knowledge of Android and iOS app development is desirable. **Required Profile:** * Excellent problem-solving skills. * Proactive individual with strong resolution skills and great ability to overcome challenges. * Team management experience with high empathy skills. * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across departments. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Working hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00–17:00; Friday 08:00–14:00. * Opportunity to join a multinational leader in its sector with significant growth prospects. * Work in a collaborative environment surrounded by colleagues who will support your professional growth.
