IT Support Technician (with Disability Certificate ≥ 33%) Graduate in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Audiovisual Engineering, or Systems Engineering. Vocational Training (FP) in Computing Sciences or related fields. Proficiency in Spanish and English. Technical knowledge of networks and Windows operating systems. Customer-oriented mindset and excellent client service skills. Familiarity with collaborative platforms and videoconferencing systems. Ability to work under pressure and follow established processes. Knowledge of ITSM, cabling, networking, servers, cloud, virtualization, and backup solutions. Provide on-site technical support to users and visitors. Install, update, and provide remote and on-site support. Manage tickets in ITSM tools, adhering to SLAs. Collaborate with the Service Desk and global teams to resolve incidents. Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory. Support projects and tasks assigned by the IT Site Lead.
