To support the Group’s growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking: **Expert, permanent contract, for our Teruel headquarters** The Technical Expert is responsible for providing technical and quality support to the Team Leader. They observe tasks performed by mechanics and technicians during maintenance and modification activities, investigate and intervene when necessary to validate completed work. **Future challenges upon joining our company include:** * **Technical Support and Expertise:** Providing technical and quality support to operational teams, contributing expertise in complex activities, and supporting Project Managers on technical matters with clients. * **Controls, Inspections, and Compliance:** Performing execution controls (physical or documentary), conducting final inspections, drafting and signing required documentation to ensure all activities comply with organizational procedures as well as EASA/FAA standards and requirements. * **Training and Competency Transfer:** Participating in the training of mechanics and technicians in their specialty. * **Planning and Documentation:** Contributing to production activity planning and budget preparation for new projects. * **Quality, Safety, and Continuous Improvement:** Adhering to safety instructions, using personal protective equipment, applying SMS (Safety Management System) standards, promoting workplace safety, and contributing to the continuous improvement process. **Position Requirements:** A valid **PART-66 B1.1 and/or B2 license**, along with **aircraft type ratings** for Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft, is required. Solid experience in aircraft maintenance under PART M and/or PART 145 regulations is required, including performing control functions for scheduled production activities. An **advanced level of English** is mandatory, with proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing. The candidate must be able to assume objectives and challenges while ensuring effective performance management. They must act autonomously, rigorously, and with strong organizational skills—structuring activities and efficiently managing priorities.
