Right now—and reporting directly to the store director—we are seeking a WAREHOUSE SECTION MANAGER FOR LARGE-SCALE RETAIL for our LEÓN STORE. Your key responsibilities with us will include: * Planning deliveries from various suppliers. * Monitoring stock quantity and quality in both warehouse and store. * Ensuring achievement of company-defined targets. * Motivating, leading, training, and informing the team. * Guaranteeing the best possible customer experience during merchandise delivery. * Listening to, identifying, and addressing the needs of your customers and colleagues. * Tracking project progress to ensure a fully win-win relationship. * And… achieving the established sales targets! The ideal candidate should be solution-oriented, demonstrating kindness, empathy, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision roles. Solid competencies in computer systems and software—particularly Microsoft Office 365—are required. In addition, familiarity with best practices in warehousing, inventory management, and distribution is essential. Strong leadership and team motivation skills are key requirements, along with exceptional communication abilities. The candidate must be capable of establishing and maintaining efficient workflows. Flexibility to adapt to changes in demand and processes is essential. Furthermore, the candidate must excel at teamwork, demonstrate strong results orientation, and commit to continuous improvement. Professional ethics and responsibility are fundamental values. The candidate must be available to work Monday through Saturday, as well as on Sundays and public holidays when the store is open—as determined by the Autonomous Community—while always respecting the weekly rest period stipulated in the Large Retail Stores Collective Agreement.
