We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented Project Manager to manage the production of elements and structures for corporate events. The selected candidate will act as a liaison between the client, the design team, and the manufacturing team, ensuring successful project execution in terms of cost, time, and quality. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Developing structural solutions: Collaborate with the design team to define appropriate structural solutions and material types for event element fabrication. Economic and documentation management: Perform measurements, project reports, and other technical documentation. Prepare and monitor budgets for assigned projects while controlling costs. Planning and Coordination: Propose improvements and solutions to optimize projects. Develop schedules and milestones necessary for successful event execution. Coordinate production control and project implementation (cost, time, and quality). Manage logistics for personnel, material orders, and coordination of assembly and disassembly of components and structures. Interaction with teams and clients: Act as a liaison with the manufacturing team. Maintain direct contact with clients as the communication link for managed projects. On-site Coordination: On-site supervision during installations to coordinate assembly teams and ensure operational success. * Experience 2 years. At least 2\-3 years of experience in roles similar to those described. Experience in developing and coordinating corporate event installations or trade show booths is highly valued. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Catalan (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Spanish (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * English (advanced spoken, advanced written) * Skills / Knowledge: Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with materials commonly used in this type of project. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Office Suite, and occasionally SketchUp. Languages: Advanced level of English (essential), and fluency in Catalan and Spanish. Others: Valid driver's license (essential). Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site supervision during installations.
