If you are a dental hygienist and want to join this new project, become part of our team at the **Ibermedic Villaviciosa de Odón** clinic. **What will you do in the team?:** **Attend to patients present at the clinic**, delivering a unique, professional, and high-quality experience. **Prepare the treatment room**, depending on the specialty. **Assist doctors** across various dental specialties. **Perform dental hygiene procedures.** **Carry out cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization** of dental instruments and equipment, as well as maintenance of dental equipment. **Cover the reception desk**, when required. Handle patient complaints. **Manage cash closure and verification, invoice issuance, and treatment fee collection.** **Perform radiographic examinations**, if holding the corresponding accredited qualification. **Prepare treatment estimates and explain them to patients**, facilitating their personalized treatment plan through tailored advice. **Advise patients** on purchasing dental insurance policies. **Supply materials to treatment rooms**, collaborate in stock control, **place material orders**, and assist in inventory management. Monitor laboratory work sent out, verifying billing. **Coordinate appointments**, manage the schedule, and call patients to confirm, cancel, or reschedule appointments. **Make follow-up calls** to patients. **What are we looking for?:** Education: **Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Dental Hygiene.** Certification as a Radiology Operator is desirable. Experience: **Minimum one year’s experience** as a dental hygienist in a dental clinic. Proficiency with new technologies and dental practice management software.
