Job Summary: As part of the Supply Chain team, this role executes order picking and preparation, applying quality controls and reporting incidents. Key Highlights: 1. As a member of the Supply Chain team, based at the store and reporting to the Order Coordinator and the Supply Chain Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Execute order picking and preparation on picking carts with maximum attention to detail and precision to avoid product shortages or overages. * Apply established quality controls for each product type (temperature, expiry date, presentation, etc.), ensuring product condition and preservation. * Report product stockouts or discrepancies in-store and/or in the back-of-store area (if applicable). * Report any incidents occurring during order preparation to the Order Coordinator. * Resolve incidents by following the established procedure (e.g., substitution, restocking, price adjustment, product replacement, etc.). * Record every action taken during order preparation and upon completion on the terminal. We would love to meet you if you have: * Compulsory Secondary Education or Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualifications. * Valid Class B driving license held for at least two years. * Minimum six months’ experience in last-mile delivery or operating cargo vehicles. * Experience managing orders and inventory. * Proficiency with GPS and navigation apps. * Desire to join an international company operating in a key and socially significant growth sector. * Continuous training through an e\-learning platform offering more than 100 courses. * Flexible compensation options, shopping discounts at stores and gas stations. * Eligibility for the Alcampo Employee Share Ownership Plan (distribution policies and benefits). * Paid volunteer days during working hours with local and national associations.
