Digital Strategy (defined jointly with the department leadership and the Social Media Lead): ✔ Support the development and implementation of FMBBVA’s social media strategy, aligned with institutional communication objectives. ✔ Identify trends, ideas, opportunities, and best practices to strengthen FMBBVA’s digital presence and positioning—both externally (website, social media, articles) and internally. 2\. Social Media Management: ✔ Draft clear, engaging copy tailored for social media and digital environments. ✔ Co-administer institutional social media accounts (X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, among others). ✔ Adapt institutional messaging to the distinct formats and audiences of each platform. ✔ Develop monthly content calendars for each social platform in coordination with the Communications Director and the Social Media Lead. ✔ Monitor digital activity and engage with communities and audiences. ✔ Coordinate and/or support English translations of all social media posts. 3\. Multimedia Content Production: ✔ Conceptualize, produce, and edit visual and graphic materials. ✔ Develop audiovisual and graphic content (e.g., reels, carousels, infographics, polls, etc.). 4\. Corporate Communication Activities: ✔ Produce corporate and communication materials (e.g., press releases, articles, speeches, scripts, media invitations, reports, and analyses). ✔ Provide advisory support and assistance for presentations, reports, meetings, and events. ✔ Adapt tone and language to diverse audiences and Latin American contexts. ✔ Ensure coherence and consistency of the institutional message. 5\. Digital Marketing and Analytics: ✔ Execute digital promotion campaigns (organic and paid), in collaboration with the Social Media Lead and department leadership. ✔ Measure and analyze the performance and impact of digital initiatives. ✔ Prepare results reports and strategic recommendations. 6\. Institutional Coordination: ✔ Collaborate closely with the Media Relations and Institutional Relations Leads. ✔ Support digital coverage of FMBBVA events and activities. **REQUIREMENTS:** ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Audiovisual Production, Advertising, or related fields. ✔ Minimum three years of verifiable experience managing institutional social media or social media for international organizations. ✔ Experience developing digital strategies, producing multimedia content, and writing for digital environments. ✔ Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.). ✔ Proficiency in design and video production tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, Canva, Play Play, among others. ✔ Knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.). ✔ Knowledge of digital marketing and brand positioning. ✔ Excellent writing, spelling, and narrative adaptation skills. ✔ Ability to tailor messaging to the political and cultural context of each country. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:** ✔ Postgraduate specialization, particularly in digital marketing, political communication, or international relations. ✔ Fluency in Spanish and English (C1–C2 level). ✔ Strong teamwork skills, initiative, autonomy, and adaptability to evolving needs and circumstances. ✔ Interest in topics related to social and economic development, sustainability, and equity. ✔ Proactivity in proposing new ideas and projects, with willingness to take initiative and present innovative concepts. ✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize deliverables, and ensure required quality standards. **Skills:** Communication
