This position focuses on executing core operations within a logistics warehouse, ensuring efficiency in the flow of goods. Daily responsibilities include receiving and verifying incoming shipments, confirming that goods match delivery notes and show no visible damage. Subsequently, the operator meticulously prepares orders by selecting products according to provided lists and packaging them appropriately for dispatch. A key part of the role involves loading and unloading transport trucks using specialized equipment such as forklifts. This task requires precision and strict adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents and cargo damage. Additionally, the role entails maintaining overall storage area organization, including correct pallet placement on shelves, clear product labeling, and upkeep of a tidy and clean working environment. The operator’s contribution is vital to meeting delivery deadlines and optimizing internal processes, directly supporting the supply chain. We seek a candidate capable of working independently following instructions, yet also able to integrate and collaborate effectively with the rest of the team to achieve shared productivity goals. The work environment is dynamic and may involve peak activity periods; thus, adaptability and physical stamina are highly valued. Salary will be set in accordance with the applicable sectoral collective bargaining agreement. The initial employment contract is temporary, with a future possibility of transitioning to the client company’s permanent workforce. Working hours are full-time, with split shifts from Monday to Thursday and continuous shifts on Fridays. Standard statutory benefits apply regarding vacation days and public holidays. At least one year of proven experience in similar roles within logistics and warehousing is required. Practical knowledge and official certification for safe forklift operation are mandatory. The ideal candidate demonstrates responsibility, initiative in resolving everyday issues, and the ability to work autonomously. A Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio) in related fields is considered an advantage, as is immediate availability to join the team.
