**Description:** ---------------- We are seeking a **Senior Maintenance Technician** for the **Balneario de Fitero**, located in **Fitero** (Navarre). **What will be your responsibilities?** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance throughout the year across hotel areas (rooms, restaurants, corridors, and common areas), swimming pools, thermal facilities, and offices. * Diagnose and repair failures in electrical, electronic, mechanical, IT, and plumbing installations. * Basic knowledge of computer network management, status analysis, and incident resolution. * Control and maintenance of technical installations and building systems. * Technical evaluation and budget analysis for construction works, repairs, or investments. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and health regulations. * Supervise sanitary treatments and controls related to legionella prevention and water quality. * Manage technical incidents with permanent operational availability. * Procure essential materials to ensure spare parts availability and swift incident resolution. * Special attention to critical equipment vital to daily operations and sensitive machinery, prioritizing rapid repair to minimize impact on overall facility operations. * Knowledge of regulations mandated by ISPLN, CHE, and NILSA concerning thermal water quality control, AFCH, ACS, swimming pool conditions, wastewater, and discharges. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite-term contract. * Join a team with a positive work environment, stability, and very low turnover. * Integration into a leading company in the hospitality sector. * Salary range: €33,000–€35,000 gross/year + career development plan. * Working hours: * + From March to mid-December (high season): 4 rotating shifts. + From December to March (low season): 1 shift with split working hours. Flexibility in case of incidents or emergencies when required. **What are we looking for in you?** * Higher vocational training degree in Installation Maintenance, Electricity, Plumbing, or similar field. * Minimum 4 years of prior experience performing maintenance duties for general installations, buildings, or hotel complexes. * Required competencies: Problem-solving and organized individual; responsible worker with flexibility to accommodate special scheduling needs; ability to manage people; commitment to continuous improvement; and professionalism in customer and colleague interactions.
