Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with a degree in Architecture or Interior Design to develop construction projects, manage tenders and technical documentation, and perform 3D design. Key Highlights: 1. Development of architecture and urban planning projects. 2. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Presto, and BIM software. 3. Management of technical documentation, tenders, and permits. Required qualification: Degree in Architecture, Building Surveying, or Interior Design. Main responsibilities include using tools such as AutoCAD, Presto, Excel, and planning and BIM software. Construction projects in architecture and urban planning are developed, alongside preparation of tenders, permits, and approvals. Quantities surveying, certifications, 3D design, and management of technical construction documentation are also performed. Tasks involve drafting plans, preparing budgets and administrative documentation, using BIM methodology. Location: Logroño, La Rioja.
