We are seeking a cook or kitchen assistant for Lavilla Senior Residence, located in Quel (La Rioja). The selected person will be responsible for preparing meals and dinners, making pureed foods, managing the snack trolley, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. They will also place orders with supervisor support, unpack supplier goods, and record APPCC control checks. The contract will be temporary to cover vacation periods at several times throughout the year: from July 20 to August 2, from August 24 to 30, from September 10 to 22, and from November 16 to 22. The start date will be the week of July 13, during which the new employee will train with the current cook for one week to become familiar with the center’s services, which serve approximately 40 residents. No prior training is required, as the company will provide practical training, as well as instruction on food handling, allergies and intolerances, and hygiene and safety. Relevant experience is valued, and we seek a responsible, proactive, punctual, and committed individual. A valid driver’s license is required. Salary will follow the Collective Agreement for Catering Services.
